Abstract: The claims of the withdrawing shareholder in the dissolution of the company - The essay aims to reconstruct the nature and rank of the claim of a shareholder who has successfully exercised the right of withdrawal, understood as a means of divestment, by analysing the impact on his position of the various forms of dissolution, voluntary or “necessary”, of the company provided for by law.
