Abstract: The Decisions in Partnerships – The paper carries out an analysis of the Civil Code rules regarding the decision-making process in partnerships. The essay deals with both subjective, i.e. the entitlement to participate in decisions, and objective profiles, i.e. the topics and the procedure of decision-making; furthermore, it considers the role of the case law, that focuses mostly on the meaning of collegiality in partnerships.
