Abstract: Distributions of profits and reserves in case of usufruct of shares and implications on the exercise of voting rights – The article deals with the issue of distributions of profits and reserves in the presence of shares encumbered by usufruct and their systematic repercussions on voting rights. To this end, I will analyse some specific problems relating to the usufruct in corporate law, focusing, in particular, on the allocation of distributions and on the interests underlying the exercise of the voting rights (and the related limits).
