Abstract: The paper, presented at a conference, examines the issue concerning the systematic role of the contract category with specific reference to trading on the stock exchange. In this sense, it is noted that these markets take place in such a way as to underline the collective prospects of the market rather than the traditional individual one of the contract; and therefore the problem of their mutual compatibility arises.
