Abstract: Issues in protective measures in the Crisis Code – The paper deals with the temporary measures requested by the debtor in order to avoid that certain actions of the creditors could jeopardize, since the negotiation phase, the success of the initiatives taken for the regulation of the crisis or insolvency. In particular, the contribute is aimed to address some specific problems arisen from the new discipline provided by the Code.
